This Privacy Policy explains how DATAN3RD collects, uses, and shares information when you use Savante.

1) What we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information (e.g., name, email) when you sign up or sign in.
  • Content you choose to create, upload, or import into Savante (e.g., notes and imported document text).
  • Support communications you send to us.

Information from connected integrations

If you connect third-party services (such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive), Savante may access and import content you authorize, such as:
– File metadata (e.g., file name, folder, timestamps, links)
– File contents for the items you choose to import/sync

Usage / technical data

We may collect basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the Service (e.g., log data, device/browser info, IP address, and timestamps).

2) How we use information

We use your information to:
– Provide and operate Savante (including importing/syncing files you authorize)
– Maintain account security and prevent abuse
– Improve the Service and fix bugs
– Provide support and respond to requests

3) AI processing

Savante may send content you submit or import to AI service providers to generate summaries, extract structured information, or otherwise provide features. We do not sell your data.

4) How we share information

We may share information:
– With vendors/service providers who help us run Savante (hosting, databases, logging, AI providers), under contractual and security controls
– If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
– In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), with appropriate safeguards

5) Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6) Your choices and controls

  • You can disconnect integrations within the Service (where available).
  • You can delete your account using the in-product deletion flow. Account deletion is intended to remove your stored content and account data from our systems, subject to reasonable technical and legal limitations.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Children

Savante is not directed to children under 13.

9) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
