These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Savante. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Savante.

2) Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.

3) Connected services (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)

If you connect third-party services, you authorize Savante to access data only as permitted by the permissions you grant. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies.

4) Your content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to Savante.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

5) AI features

Savante may send your content to AI service providers to provide features (e.g., summarization or extraction). Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:
– Use Savante to break the law or violate others’ rights
– Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
– Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service except as allowed by law

7) Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8) Termination

You may stop using Savante at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAN3RD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
